The US Embassy has issued a DO NOT TRAVEL advisory for Ukraine. Do you want to call them and ask to take the advisory down? Tell them that you do not see any danger, therefore, there is none. Because you do not see it. A longer comment: It's dangerous in the sense that you are taking a risk by being there. You are not in the active war zone as in Pokrovsk, but you are still in a city that is targeted by Russian bombs and missiles. As you are swaggering around, somewhere in Russia, another batch of missiles is being prepared to bomb Kyiv. So, it's important not to be cavalier. Just because you do not see something, does not mean it does not exist. People have died. Air alarms are daily. Do you want to talk to families of those dead people and ask them about the " stories"? Maybe call the US Embassy and also ask about the stories? In the first half of the year, Kyiv was bombed 36 times! The air defense is working but it can't shoot down every drone and every missile.
