Arteta has not fielded a center-forward since Lacazette left. In the meanwhile, he sidelined two and then sold them (namely, Nketiah and Balogun). This is the third season now. Even worse, Arteta has not fielded a proper left-back since he sidelined Kieran Tierney three years ago. Teams have attacked down the left side ever since. Midfielders, center-backs, and right-backs have been positioned at left-back by Arteta. If he doesn't like Tierney, what is taking so long to address the position? He has done something similar at right-wing. Sidelined and then sold Reiss Nelson. Cannot win anything with a minimum of 3 fielded players out of position in each game. .
