Yes, the Land belong to the people. For effective admistration of the land, and to prevent anarchy, custody and control of the Communal Land, has to be in the hands of the Traditional Leaders. Expropriation of Land, should be focused on the untouchable 87% of the Dispossed Land that is currently under the hands of the Whites whom some of them are White Foreign Nationals which is a gradual growing trend to perpetuate Inequality in South Africa.
