I'm pretty sure that Adele does all her own back-up singing on her albums. She said in her Apple interview that she has upped her back-up singing on this album. She only uses back-up singers for live performances. Great review.

Yes she does. If you listen carefully it's just her voice doing the back-up singing. In *almost* all of her songs you can hear her voice in the back, like in this one, my little love, oh my God, strangers by nature and so on. Hold on it's an exception cause the back-up singing is made by her friends.
