Brother I just recently subscribed but I've been binge watching your content. But in this one, when you played the clip talking to your boy at 15km I shed a real tear bro. I began running seriously again this year, and I hope my own son sees his dad going for it and knows he always can too. You're an inspiration man, as a runner, as a dad, as a goal achiever. Blessings and much life to you bro!

Looking at how those zones are set up, you did run it in (lower) zone 3. If 202 is anywhere near your max heart rate, then your zones are off by around 10 bpm. Also, just logically, you're not gonna run 3 hours at threshold. That just doesn't make sense. Check out the Karvonen method for heart rate zones. It's a lot more accurate and did end up being close to the zones I was given after a lab test.
