Texas overlander here myself. That spot looks pretty good for Texas. Very hard to find good land that isn't private, which this seems to be. Amazing to see you and your boy having such fun catching fish too. My boys get just as excited, its fun to watch.

Yea tell me about it, I wish we had more public land here to explore. It’s a shame because we have some beautiful areas unused. Thank you! We had a blast out there, that’s gotta be the best feeling in the world as a dad.

@bfm_overland that's awesome man! And, I agree. It's the best. As for places to go, we keep hitting up Arkansas and NM, etc. But the Hill Country track down to Big Bend wasn't bad. You and you son would love Big Bend and Terlingua, run up through the Big Bend BDR and then into the State Park near the National.

13:39 I’m sure there are a lot of y’all in that industry and not sure of the chances of you knowing one of my cousins - his Dad started SP Tree Service up around Grand Prairie and they’ve worked together for years. I think his Dad may be close to retiring if not already and then he’ll probably take over the whole biz.

@@bfm_overland Not sure about the fishing . I haven't been there in 20 years and didn't fish last time. I'll let you know after this trip. The lows will be in the low 30s and highs in the 60s so we will see how it goes. I was asking about the wrap because my truck is black so I'm a bit concerned about the Texas pinstripes. Gues I just have to get over it lol. PPF and other wraps are just so expensive ...
