For your search, you can look up multiple websites like immobileanscout, immowelt, mrlodge etc.
When you apply to these apartments, the most important things are your resume, your payslips for 3 months, your credit report, i.e. schufa report and a self declaration letter. Have these ready before applying. The real estate market is very dense and tense in Munich. If you miss any of these letters, it is highly possible that the apartment is given to someone else. Yes you do! Its very difficult to find one though! And mostly 25-30kms away from the center!

For 50SQM and above, Anything upwards of 1400+ warm rent and deposit 2 times cold rent. If you are applying from India, I would recommend you to only look at wunderflats and mrlodge. For the others the mostly prefer locals or people residing here since that minimises their risk. If you are OK living in 35SQM apartments for the first year, you might get one within 1200.

Hi Ritwik, Always appreciate your videos. We are moving to munich .so we want semifurnished apartment like fitted kitchen,fitted washroom,almiras und washing machine .We are not looking for furniture or fully furnish apartment. Is it possible in munich to get semifurnished apartments ? 😊

You can defintely get homes with fitted kitchen and bathroom. But generally, that is all. Sometimes if you talk with the present resident, you can buy out the furnitures they have at a nominal cost. It is a very common thing here. Hope this helps.

There are no "unsafe" areas in Munich. Maybe less safe, that could be... but the least safe place is still safe enough (from an expat point of view, obviously).

Avoid the city center area (Hauptbahnhof area) Others are all OK. Munich is one of the safest cities in Germany, but having said that, You need to take care of yourself everywhere in the world.

Yes it is possible. If you are on blue card or any other temporary visa, interest rates are marginally higher than if you are on PR. For rent - its your house - you can do whatever you want!

The size looks decent for that price & great it came with kitchens done. Is it like 10km away from Munich Centre.? Asking that question as in 2021 with that price is winning like a lottery

Yes it is! 3 stops from ostbahnhof and 6 from Marienplatz which is the city center!

there is a lot competition in the english taught masters in germany and thats why i thaught to choose the german taught masters because i have heard that germans usually dont go for masters after the bacholers , and thats why most of the seats are empty and its easy to get admission in a german taught programme is it really true ? or a myth !! i am looking forward to msc in data analytics but the problem is that i did my 12 th from phy che maths(pcm) with 68% and now i am doing bacholers in arts i have an a2 in SPANISH language and will get my b2 in german till the end of the year i also have ccc ( course on computer concept) certificate with A grade i also cleared the indian airforce all india test with physical test and INTERVIEW do i have chances to get enrolled in a german taught msc ( data analytics) or i should drop the the idea ? please guide ⭐

1. Germans not doing masters is nonsense! Most germans prefer high education - even till phd! 2. You will need a strong motivation letter and score in bachelors to get into data analytics for masters given your background!

I don't think so.. my wife did not submit her birth certificate!
