Man, I could never get too into Battlegrounds, but something about the Bazaar has me absolutely addicted and excited to continue watching. Can't wait to try it in the open beta, nor can I wait to see more videos in the future as more stuff gets added.

I love the variety of builds in this game. I had a pig run where I got the probiscus and just built around it with slow enablers and managed to score a 10 win run

I love how Pyg plays honestly. I'm usually an econ player, so having all those items that give knick knacks to sell and scale your other items is so much fun

@@drlichee understandable misreading but im confused why you would think its perpetual if it says first instead of everytime. i feel like theres two valid readings of the text and yours is neither but it doesnt really matter either way because you can clearly see it freeze on first cast in game if you have ever used it.

I got it on a run yesterday and it straight up didn’t work. It would cast on the first activation of my right-most item and then not cast again. Lost me my run on 9 wins lol

Trying to get better at Bazaar. I was hoping either Kripparrian or anyone better than me could explain why passing up the Coolant Leak at 24:26 is the right move instead of moving the atlatl to the rightmost spot to proc it every second for the first 10 seconds?

24:24 you could have moved the arrow over to the right that would have been insanely powerful. thats one freeze per second for 12 seconds i don't know how you just moved past that without a second thought

31:00 doesn't the lance counts as a shield now? So the item could be upgraded right?

It could, but the upgrade is +10 damage or something and entirely worthless (I guess it might have also upgraded the shield a bit, not entirely sure how enchants work with upgrading). +1000 HP was far more valuable.

@@Primalrage76 I don't know if it's exactly 10 but it's definitely not much, presumably because it would be too strong by itself if it had serious damage scaling just by upgrading. The upgrade being trivial compared to how it's scaled by the rest of the build is the reason why Krip never looks to upgrade it (his last 4 Pyg builds uploaded to YT all had Atlatl until fairly late and it was never upgraded past silver in any of them).

I loke to watch kripp play Bazar. And it got me very excited to play it myself. Problem is for me is that im getting to the point that it feela like i have seen all things so for this game has to offer. My Excitement has dvindeld as a result. Still fun to wqtch kripp though

Now it;s in closed beta and has to be purcahsed. In about a month or so the game comes out in open beta and should be free to play.

From what I've seen, it uses its own launcher, and you can get into the early access beta by buying a 33 dollar founder pass or wait for it to open up to free-to-play in December.

Economy wise, yeah, but you have to convert the cash into a win condition afterwards

The fact you get soo much value even at gold is nuts, the other value items usually mean you have to sell the item for the payout. Meaning you have to sacrifice the gold scaling in the process. Almost every free item event becomes maany times more valuable while bringing whatever value they already are. Like chocolate now selling for cash and giving max health. Loupe just enables every buy/sell synergy on its own without a delayed payoff/a sacrifice to gold scaling. I'd say it's the best item in the game and it's probably pretty far ahead.
