i once heard about the concept of marriage in Sadhguru viewpoint and that is correct and sensible. ! We humans are dependent on each other .. we cannot live a life entirely on our own like animals. at age of 3 or 4 we like to be taken care by our parents without which we cannot survive.. Same applicables later in our oldage the children should be responsible to take care of us otherwise how u will proceed ? when children need to support you as individual , its rather easier to support with additional partner, as we have lot of needs to fulfil , social need, financial need, emotional need , we have seen in our 2 eyes, how a supportive good marraige /understanding couple will take care of their kids/parents and lead a peaceful calm life. UNFORTUNATELY , today everything is perceived as ego centric or self centric , with less to no morals which is the cause for all these issues.

Ayo Sai .......I wish AR Rehman family should watch your moms msg...........i too wanted to get divorce but for kids I am just hanging in.....and even my parents say the same as your mom.....when heard Rehman divorce news I told my husband citing them......after watching this discussion I feel better try hanging in ....until there is no physical abuse and cheats. Mental health we have to solve by talking with each other or atleast being calm and self motivating.....yes for future kids too your msg seems 100%

Its ok to divorce saint. I wish to tell this to everyone... If you are financially independent and emotionally sane, Ready to co-parent then divorce is a to go option.... Its more about mental health and happiness so its fine even to divorce at 80 ...

I understand and agree if it’s the only solution. Some people are pulling the plug just because they are bored or have other easy choices out there. If no kids, then by all means divorce each other. If kids are involved and they are not mentally ready to help raise the kids together, then it won’t be a good idea.
