I always knew something in me was broken or missing. I kept choosing / attracting project partners. I wanted to be needed. I grew up feeling so worthless, rejected, invalidated - I just wanted the people I dated to never feel as broken, lonely or unhappy as me. It created an unhealthy dynamic that I didn’t realize was breaking them more than me. My most recent ex well he triggered my daddy issues wound because I triggered his mommy issues wound. The first year for us was awful but I didn’t leave because I genuinely believed I deserved it. I felt like I deserved abuse. Punishment. Neglect. Abandonment. All of which my ex did and because I accepted the behavior and apologized to him for not being “worthy” all of it kept getting worse. His emotional abuse took a serious toll on me. Until one day something in him snapped and he no longer needed me. Now I’m alone and I’m realizing I never want to repeat that pattern again. It’s never worked for me and I turn 26 in a month and I need Gods grace to keep watch over me as I walk through singlehood to find my spiritual connection, divine femininity and true self awareness and forgiveness.

This word, I heard spoken what God told me when I began healing from my experiences with my Paternal Father. I had so many walls built around me from people in my life it began affecting my relationship with God. I wanted him, but I did not need him because of these walls. I did not know how to surrender when surrender broke me. So, I had to unconstruct these walls through the Holy Spirit to transform my inner zoe.

This is my current situation, Im in an dysfunctional marriage with a partner whose empty not trying to bond but too busy showing how disconnected he CAN be all while im praying to God for guidance on what can I spiritually actually do because being seated in a rejected, unGodly marriage is uncomfortable especially when theres nothing I can do to get the other person to come be on one accord….
