My son clicked this video by mistake when I was watching a live program and I came back to watch this later, just after experiencing anxiety moments ago. It's like God knew I would need it later. I need this message; I’m in a constant cycle of anxiety fear heaviness, I’ll cast down thoughts but they come back it’s like a draining daily battle. And fear and doubt cancel out faith. So then I’m back at square one. It was so bad my chest would hurt I thought I was having a heart attack. God has healed me of chest pain but the plaguing thoughts are still here it’s so bad when I’m at work I’m zoning out in thoughts and totally miss whatever I’m doing in the present moment. Please keep me in prayer I don’t want this to beat me. Amen

First I must say thanks be to God for letting me see this video. Then I must say thanks to you. I love you so much and I feel The word of God speaking thru you. This message was confirmation of what God has been telling me. I didnt know I was experiencing panick attacks until I listened to this just now. But before I heard this some of the things you said to do I know I heard the spirit said do them. Ijust told myself it was God. I wasn't sure but it made me feel good. And to hear you say them it just confirmed to me now it was the Holy Spirit speaking to me. I love listening to you. I have been going thru a lot lately and if it weren't for you and the words God gave you to say I don't know where I would be. You loved me through your words, you made me feel hope and you made me realise that nothing was wrong with me it was just something I was going thru and that I would come out great. Right now I feel so happy because I realise I am still here I was gone just was a bit overwhelmed with what I was dealing with. But now I know I am an overcomer and anxiety and fear has nothing on me. Amen. Thanks again. I love you. ❤😊
