i think i’ve realized the reason i love this podcast so much is how real chris seems. he feels like an actual human which is different from a lot of content creators and it’s really inspiring hearing him talk about his life and be such a well rounded person, like as someone who also comes from the middle of no where with mental illness and family issues he makes me feel like i can be like him too. he feels so human the way he can openly talk about his life and he gives such great advice i loved this episode and this podcast is amazing

Your concept on how we are the sky and lightening and storms happen is SO real. I’ve really learned this over the last 6 months. my soulmate, my best friends and some family have passed away suddenly and traumatically. One thing that has kept me here is realizing I am the witness to all in my life and have to allow myself to grieve, to feel what I feel and watch it at all unfold and finding the LESSON to be learned even in the unbearable situations. Bearing the unbearable isn’t fun, but it’s crucial as I hope to serve others from what I will learn. Getting therapy, becoming self aware. All of it is so important. And BE. HERE. NOW. Always. That’s all we have at the end of the day. Suffering can be grace if that makes any sense. And like you said, nothing is final but death. I also want to say, your videos bring me so much joy since I lost the life I had when my love passed away. The humor has been needed. And I cannot thank you enough! Fuck! Just keep doing you boo! ❤️

I really needed this episode today. Let’s be real, I need a Chris video everyday. I’m 4 days into a breakup with my fiancé of 2+ years and it literally felt like the world was ending. Especially when he told me it was because my self esteem wasn’t strong enough (mind you I’ve been supporting him emotionally and financially through the entire relationship).
