This is a quick review of the updated Uni Jetstream Prime 3-color multi-function pen. You can buy the old version here ( amzn.to/3LFdBsE ) or you can get this one from Japan now. We might see the 2022 version arrive in the US at some point, but some of the colors are limited edition. Note: This pen is also sold in a 2+1 (2 pens and a pencil).

Love almost everything about this pen. I chose the Glossy White over the Matte Black. Although it has a glossy barrel, I'm able to get a good grip as I don't find it slippery. The weight is decent, not too light, not too heavy. The retract buttons go down smooth, smoother than all my other multi pens. I like that all the buttons are the same black color with the color indicators being inconspicuous. The ink, especially coming out of this 0.5 mm tip size, dries quickly, so I'm able to highlight quickly over my writing. While I like the styling of the clip and prefer it much more than the solid metal, blue/pink studded clips, I would have liked to see the clip lie flush to the barrel. My wish list item? A great hue of pink with rose gold buttons/clip, similar to the Pink Gold Parker Jotter XL. All in all, this pen gets two thumbs up! Thanks for the video!

the new styling looks really good, and with great color choices. Maybe id prefer a satin/matte finish but the gloss still looks good

Nice slick look although I would prefer a solid clip. I edited a couple screenshots and filled in the clip to make it all black. Looked a lot better to me-- Simple and bold.

Another great review, thank you!! Sir, do you like wood hand-turned pens? I found a guy on Etsy who makes clicky wood turned pens that accept Pilot G2 refills.

It took forever for the initial ones to hit Amazon. I’m guessing this will be pretty quick if you shop tokyopenshop or yoseka

I just ordered on from the Uni website and I selected The Americas . It seems to be a limited edition. I think it was $39. Update: I just got mine today 4/22. Great feel, not too light, feels great, and the buttons click smoothly. I like it. They also have a mint and orange color on the Uni website, though I'm not sure if those are available stateside.
