Vanillaware never releases to PC and all of their games are so PC type games. It’s more upfront costs they are still a small company they probably get cost offset on the backend by splitting the risk with console release not sure how the business model works but they definitely have the channels with Atlus

March will bankrupt us all. Dragons Dogma 2, South Park, Alone in the Dark, Rise of Ronin which if not for Black Myth releasing in the same year would be the years best Souls game. It still can be the PS5's Bloodborn. Even if Black Myth steals the limelight this year. Homeworld 3 and Outcast: A New Beginning are also dropping in March. Outcast a new beginning looks to be a fun AA open world action rpg with a focus on interacting with the world and its ecosystem.
