Hi 👋 It’s amazing what a tole pregnancy can have on the body. I feel for you with the sciatica. I used a heating pad when I went to bed. It helped soothe me enough to fall asleep. Rest when you can and as much as you can. I’ve heard some people with sciatica get relief from lying in a recliner. Worth trying if you have one….ya never know, you may get comfortable enough and get a good night sleep. I hope you find relief somehow.💕🐞🐞🐞

To keep your mold from cracking put a damp paper towel on it until it's dry. That's why when you said you paint them before they dry to help with it not cracking works. It's the moisture, it needs moisture.

Sammie, take it easy and create whatever you want, don't push yourself. Also I dont know if you do it, but many moons ago when I was pregnant, the back pain was insane, the chiropractor told me to sleep with a pillow (regular) between my knees while I was on my side and beneath my knees while on my back. 26 years later I still sleep with a leg pillow , now it doesn't always help, but it straightens out the alignment a bit and sometimes any relief is greatly appreciated. You're in the home stretch and when you look at that beautiful baby, you'll think what pain?
