I understand sticking with Air Cooling especially the Noctua for the price / performance area but honestly, in a case with a window you really should go with an AIO to be sure you can show it off and admire it. Especially with the RGB boards like the AORUS you are using where the Noctua almost covers the RGB strip on the side of the MB by your SSD.

Absolutely gorgeous case! I would die to get this in a white edition, I checked their website and saw the standard case in white edition and I almost fell off my chair. White LED fans together with my white GPU and white motherboard, just wow. Also, very important question for me, is that a hidden 5.25" driver bay on top @1:41 ??? I have been leading a personal crusade to get a case with a hidden 5.25" bay, I rarely use CDs but it is really important for me to still have a CD burner. Maybe you can advice on any such cases? Ryzen questions: You said you could overclock to 3.9ghz with the stock cooler, what temperatures do you reach? Joker Productions reached 58 degrees maximum in a one hour stress test with the same Noctua cooler you applied later on. What were your new temperatures? Would like to see you go more in depth with the R7 1700. Liked and subscribed!
@UnicornReviews7 жыл бұрын
+Ludvig Emmoth full reviews are coming but I want to take my time with testing. You can put a 5.25 in the front and the back if you want
@Bragosso7 жыл бұрын
You 100% sure? It says "N/A" on 5.25" bay. So you can put a 5.25" CD bay both in front (hidden) and in the back? If this is true I am sold.
@UnicornReviews7 жыл бұрын
CD stuff can go in the front. At the rear there's a mount for 5.25 but theres no opening so it's just for rad/res units
@Bragosso7 жыл бұрын
Sorry for nagging about this but I want to be 100% sure before I place order since I have to buy it from Germany to Sweden. It is at the top @1:41 in this video (you almost touch it)? And it is fully supported within the case to place and carry a 5.25" CD driver?
@UnicornReviews7 жыл бұрын
I didn't test it yet so can't be 100% sure. I'll mention it in my full review when I find the time( probably next week)

Thanks for your great videos on this build. Do you think that there would be any downside in buying a mainboard with a 350 chipset? Since I'm not planning on using SLI, I don't think I need the 370 but I still want to overclock. I don't have much knowledge with Mainboards, sorry. You also said that you could oc it to 3.9GHz with the stock cooler so why did you spend the extra 100 bucks on the Noctua? To make the 3.9 stable? If so, do you think 3.8 are stable with stock?

I only build a new computer about every 3 - 5 years , and it's mostly because of the high demand newer games can have on hard ware. I already have a good idea on hardware , and one of the biggest hurdle's is choosing a case I'll like. I really like this little Anidees Crystal cube case. I'd like to be able to find something like this , but about 6 - 8" taller for more head room though. But gawd dang , that is one sexy little case.
