Very influential group in the evolution of American R&B. Dave Frank's synth programming is off the dial good. Long overdue to be recognised for the seminal artists they were.

Appreciate this bro. I love The System. Too bad music today can't touch this stuff. It was all about love and truth back then. Smh what happened....
Takes me back to the 80's every time even though I was a young fellow back then I was 7 when this group was formed. I love The System one of my favorite songs by them can't forget Don't Disturb This Groove and You're In My System just to name a few totally classics.

3:27 l was in my early 20's and into my dancing. To hear a The System track in the clubs with heavy Bass, Mic Murphy vocals and the Electro synth sound was Fantastic. But for You to feel the music at age 7... Now that IS truly mind-blowin'. I applaud ur ability to feel ' The System '. You MUST have had Special musical awareness, in ur Gene's. Thank U for sharing your thoughts #Respect. Kind regards 2 U & Bless da FUNK !!

One of their best tracks. They were underrated until Don't Disturb This Groove came out, then after that, they disappeared. Miss these talented brothers.

This song expresses the way that i felt for the love of my life. I met her in 1980 and fell head over hills for that beautiful smile. She was 14 and i was 16. I watched her form a distance as she played with the neighbors new born. She was about five foot four inches tall about 115 sexy pounds. It took nine months of continued talking to make her my lady. This ❤ heart of mine is still hers, so i dont fool myself about that. Fast forward three children and one gorgeous granddaughter later and we're presently still separated. But its funny how the two of us still mangae to sneak in a stolen moment of acknowledgement and the reassurance. That we're still in love.
