I like former Governor of California's Arnold Schwarzenegger speech especially about Top Down meeting Bottom-UP actions. This is in the plans our Consortium has for Sub Sahara Africa. Government Expertise, University and NGO that work to uplift the people in Poverty and out of Hunger. We can do this while addressing some of the other Millennium Development Goals such as Global Climate Change mitigation.
