When connecting any device between ports 9 and 15, the lights come on indicating that there is a device connected, but I cannot ping the network, nor does the connected device receive a valid IP from the LAN. This no longer occurs when connecting any device between ports 1 to 8, because when the device is connected, it immediately receives a Valid IP from the LAN and works normally.
