@@Jeonex I do remember 😅 yes it was all unintentional ASMR. In particular it was ‘Relaxing Lita’ she was called and it was talk through of her massage techniques. I realised that watching people be massaged triggered this amazing feeling and I had no idea what it was. I was actually very embarrassed to even try to tell people because I thought there was something a matter with me! I remember feeling ashamed that I was feeling this way from videos 😂 I know it was 2006 as that’s when I went self employed, the Prince’s Trust helped me buy an iMac and I used to fall asleep in front of it watching ‘asmr’. Sadly it is extremely rare I experience the slightest of tingles now. But my go to videos that I love the best are low-Fi old school stuff like Gentle Whispering, I loved Maria’s accent and her videos such as when she was giving you a hair do and scrunching the tin foil highlights… towel folding… and I remember Heather Feather too. An Australian guy called Asmr Massage when he did an accent and his character was ‘Manuel’… Tony Bomboni, he used to do this sassy maid role play with an accent. They’re all old school names that I still watch the majority of the time. I also love Ices The Enchantress, especially when she does worst spa/hair/make up etc and does an accent. When people starting talking about this phenomenon online it was like an epiphany striking me! Finally there was a name for it 😂 But it was literally years before I asked anyone else if they knew what I meant and if they watched it too as most people hadn’t heard of it. 😂
