@@jveeze2551 He went to a doctor for his Achilles that was not a sports doc. He didn't have Bromell do any rehab for 6 months. Had to have a 2nd operation.

ConservativeAnthem I had a mcl tear last February and rehabed but also did things they said not to but thankfully it didn’t affect me

I respect trayvon a lot. I sprint at a lower level and have the same injury. It's an injury that's notoriously hard to overcome. Hope he comes back.

Respect, I'm from St.Pete as well its inspiring all the talent coming out with Shaqueem griffin the first one handed drafted NFL player. I remember being a friend of his cousin sitting in the same house in the video. talked to him a couple times definitely knew he had something special

i don't really follow track -- whats the purpose of all the upper body lifting he does? does it help to make him faster? great video, tho. seems like a good guy

Francis Picklefield the reason is because your upper body works just as much as your legs do so if your upper body is weak your posture will be weak and cause you to slow down or give up

L O did you see yokan Blake dominate the indoor season 60m wise? Nope, bingtain on the other hand went on a crazy win streak including heats through 5/6 events. UJah has been consistent since winning the diamond league final last year, where was Blake? All I’m saying is he ain’t in his form recently so doesn’t deserve to be in the showdown imo, let’s see if he proves me wrong next week in the commonwealths
