All the money in the last four years has been drained into Gujrat, UP, Maharashtra, Delhi and Rajasthan. All other states have been deprived. Figures on records and pen and paper are fudged. Every scheme implementation has been done in Western and some Northern states. Central, Eastern, Southern and North-Eastern states have been completely deprived of any major development or upliftment for the past 4 years.
