The young minister is eloquent and articulate, but has fallen short of indicating an approximate gestation period for many of the grand projects like Digital India or Skill India. Or will NITI Aayog be able to answer this? We need quicker results if at all the fruits are to be enjoyed by this generation of citizens. As an ordinary citizen residing in a medium sized city, I can vouch that a huge amount of cash is still floating around amongst private citizens for business purposes, a good 6 years after Digital India was launched. Mr Chandrashekhar or his predecessor needs to answer.
