Harris County Rail fanning spring is under rail construction and there's a Christmas festival but I know another place by the Lloyd yard. By 1960 and the hardy toll road.

WesternRailFan yeah this is a very isolated part of the state. Alpine is a half way point between the towns of El Paso and Del Rio
