Thank you for the comment, I'm glad you found the video useful, enjoy your visit. We just returned from the Kgalagadi, although we didn't make it so far north this time, it was a treat as usual. It never fails do deliver.

We drove from SWA/Namibia to the Kalahari Gemsbok park via Unions End way back in 1983. We had an old Peugeot saloon which, with the aid of a couple of pieces of foam, could be turned into a bedroom. Catering was by camping gas stove, a kettle, a toaster and a couple of mess tins. On the Namibian side, we broke down on one of the dirt roads with a cracked distributor cap. As luck would have it, a farmer came by after about an hour and towed us to his farm. While he was looking through his “junk” in the shed, we were offered a bite to eat and some coffee. The farmer managed to find an old distributor cap and we were on our way again. Lovely people those Namibians.
