Surprisingly, the creams they use in South Korea are very light compared to other countries i tried..you don't get that dreadful 'omg i can't take this cream anymore' thoughts after a bite or two..

20:00 the only part of that bacon thats kind of cooked is the exposed part. The rest of it is raw and practically still oinking. All these korean cooking vids just basically heat up the raw bacon and that's it. They also all do love their kraft singles.

It would be heated throughout so it should be properly cooked. I'm sure they wouldn't be in business if that wasn't the case. That's kinda like saying the bacon in a quiche or bacon and egg pie wouldn't be cooked since not all of it is exposed.
