Unique Crossbuck Crossing In Gardena Update 4k

An update video. In late 2021, I recorded a crossing showing a very small crossbuck in the city of Gardena. As of June 2022, the small crossbuck has been raised by the Union Pacific Railroad. It's now twice the height from the original size. Final clip shows flooding on the tracks when it rains heavily. As always, sorry for the shakiness. Enjoy.

Are trains able to cross there when the tracks are flooded with water?

If the water is not above the railhead, train can go through at restricted speed

No they cannot. It is against the law. They will be arrested by the police and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for driving in the rain when the tracks are wet.
