I want you to thoroughly explain the type of training cops should go through, the amount of taxation you're willing to put into it, and then lastly, explain how once a human being becomes a cop, how would we make it possible to morph them into hyper reactive, non-opnionated, inhumane robots. Until you can make that argument, you have NO grounds to even come CLOSE to saying I'm wrong in any way. Go

Spike strips are in every game after Liberty City except for GTA IV. I also KNEW I remembered them in San Andreas, they're in driving school challenges where you have to control a car with popped tires as best you can, and there is a mission where *you* use them deployed from the back of your car to try to hijack another one - but the police don't actually utilize them against you

There’s actually a game theory video on racist cops in GTA V. In vinewood, all 3 protagonists were about equal, in Paleto bay, Trevor was harassed the most, and in South LS Franklin was harassed the most.

1st bit is untrue. All 3d era GTA games have the chopper the same exact way, only that it got a same model as usable police maverick that player can use. Its purely a cosmetic difference between GTA3 and Vice City and SA(and LCS/VCS)
