Unique Traditional NEWARI FOOD in Kirtipur, NEPAL 🇳🇵(My Favorite Restaurant in Nepal)

This was an amazing immersive Newari food experience! 🇳🇵
One of the best restaurants (if not the best!) I’ve been in Nepal is Newa Lahana. The atmosphere is traditional and authentic, the people charming and the food so unique and delicious. In this video, we also had the chance to go "behind the scenes" and see how the chefs prepare the Newari cuisine.
The most famous Newari dishes they offer are the Samay Bhaji, Wo Bara, chatamari, Yomari, chhoila and of course, the alcoholic beverage Aila. Sapu micha (bone marrow) is also a must-try delicacy.
If you’re an adventurous eater (like us), try the extreme food offered: spinal cord, ears, brain, tongue, eye, khago (intestines), jhuku (blood sausage), testicules, …
You cannot visit Kirtipur without trying its fabulous Newari food. It is an incredible experience at itself. Do not miss it!

I agree, my accent is quite strong. I am working on it so people can understand me fully. Since then, I got more compliments than criticism. I wish to keep my roots and don't want to delete my accent. When I first came to France as a child (growing up in Tunisia), I got bullied for having an Arabic accent. I focused myself so much into French accent (it is not my first language), and yet, I have this accent and it belongs to me. Now, I know that my accent is me. I won't get a speech therapy 😉. I am happy with my French accent à couper à la hache. ♥
