Unique Westinghouse Traction Elevators at Dillard's - St. Louis Galleria - Richmond Heights, MO

(December 2022) These are some rather interesting Westinghouse elevators in Dillard's at the St. Louis Galleria in Richmond Heights, MO. These elevators have since been Modernized, but from what I was told, they originally had black buttons. Both elevators now have Innovation fixtures, but one of them is a passenger/freight hybrid. One door is a regular door and the other one is a freight door. It appears the elevator can be switched between passenger and freight mode which is really cool.

There is also a 4 level Dillard's at Galleria in Fort Lauderdale; that store has vintage Otis escalators & innovated Dover Impulse elevator (which likely had replaced an Otis black button). & these (in which one is both a passenger & frieght) are also similar to one of the elevators at the flagship Dillard's in Phoenix's Scottsdale (except that store also has 2 underground parking levels).

Do you know when they were modded and how the original cabs looked? Apparently they had Adam’s fixtures before the innovation.

I read online Dillard’s Wikipedia how the locations at NorthPark in Dallas and Scottsdale in Arizona are the largest locations, yet no one gives attention to this gem of a location
