❤️ all of these projects! I really can’t choose a favorite. The top hat is adorable, and the cardinals just steal my heart. I like to think my mother and sister as the cardinals. Penny, those are called bull nose plyers or cutters. You can get them anywhere you get tools. Mine are thrifted but you can get them on Amazon or Walmart, etc.

Sure! It’s a pendulum paper cutter usually used for scrapbooking.
