Uniqueness of Punjab's Struggle - Must Listen Speech of Bhai Mandhir Singh at Shambhu Morcha

This is a must listen speech of Bhai Mandhir Singh about "uniqueness of Punjab's struggle". This speech was delivered during his visit at Shambhu Morcha on 18 October 2020.
In this speech Bhai Mandhir Singh explains that what were internal and external, as well as political and ideological factors behind introducing new farming pattern in Punjab in last 1960s. What were motives behind that new farming pattern which was termed as the "green revolution" and how its fall outs are responsible for present crisis of Punjab's economy and ecology.
In this speech Bhai Mandhir Singh also analyzed the limitations of political powers of Punjab under Indian subjugation, the current political scenario of Punjab; limitations, role and character of political dispensations that are presently active in Punjab and said that those who are seriously interested in welfare of Punjab should work for developing systems to control and direct the politics of Punjab instead of participating in the race for "subedari" of Punjab under the Biparvadi Delhi Takht.

ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹਾਂ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੋਲ ਇਹ ਅਖਰੀ ਮੌਕਾ ਹੈ । ਜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹੋਣ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਕੇਸਰੀ ਝੰਡੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਇੱਕਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਨਾ ਜਾਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਲਈ impossible ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਨਹੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਧਰਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਾਂ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੀ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵਾਰੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਰਦੇ । ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਡੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਦਲਿਤ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਦੀ ਨਜਰਾ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਤਾਂ ਮਰਕੇ ਦੇਖੋ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਜਾਦੀ ਚੋਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀ? ਇਸ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈਕੇ ਜਾਵੋ। ਅੱਜ 21 ਦਿਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਨੇ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਲੱਗੇ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਦੂਜੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਗਿਆ ਕੀ ਆਉ ਵੀਰੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੰਗ ਲੜੀਏ । ਕੋਈ ਗਿਆ ਜੀ ਨਹੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮੈ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਿੱਲਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਧੌਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿੱਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ । bamcef ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਇੱਕ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ । ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਚਲਕੇ ਜਾਵੋ ਤਾਂ ਸਹੀ । EVM NRC ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ । ਜੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀ ਇਸ ਜੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ । ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾਰਿਆਂ ਹੈ । ਜੇ ਅਸੀ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਪਤੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਨੀ ਬਣਨੀ ਵੀਰੋ ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਲੜਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ । ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ comment ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ message ਬਾਈ ਦੀਪ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਕਿਉ ਕੀ ਬਾਈ ਦੀਪ ਦਾ ਫੋਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਬਾਈ ਦੀਪ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਜਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਾ । ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ massage ਬਾਈ ਦੀਪ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ massage ਬਾਈ ਦੀਪ ਤੱਕ ਜਰੂਰ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਨੀ । ਜੇ ਬਾਈ ਦੀਪ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਵੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੈਠਕੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ ਕੀ ਜੇ ਅਸੀ ਉਸ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਬਲ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ । ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ।

ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਟੇਰੂਅਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਫੇਲ ਹੈ। ਯੋਰਪੀਅਨ ਮੋਨੋਆਰਕੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਨੀਆ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਣ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸੀ। 1947 ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਇਕ ਡਰਾਮਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹਨਾ ਕੂੜੇਆਰ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀਅਨ ਨੀਤਮਾੜੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਖ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਨਪੜ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖੇਆ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ, ਕਾਲਜਾਂ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਬੂਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪੜ ਲਿਖ ਨਾਂ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਨਾਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਕਿਤੇ। ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਖੁੰਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੁਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਬੋੰਕੇ ਦੇਹਾੜੇ ਹਨ, ਕਿੱਤੇ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਵੀ ਨਾਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜੋ ਇਹਨਾ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਣਾ ਅੋਖਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸੱਚ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਦਾ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਚਲੋਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਦੀਆ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਚੁਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੁੱਲੇ ਨਾਂ ਫਿਰੋ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਉ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਗੋਰੇਆ ਦਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਣੋਣ ਦਾ ਢਕਵੰਜ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪੰਚਾਈਤੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਉਤੇ ਫੋਕਸ ਰੱਖੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਾਰ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਡ, ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ, ਜਿਲੇਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਣ ਦੀ ਵੀਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੋ, ਪਾਰਾਮੈਟੇਰੀਅਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਚਿਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਭਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ। ਗੋਰੇਆ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਟੇਰੀਅਨ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਤਮੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਕਾ ਨਵੇਂ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਾਰ ਕੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਗਾ। ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਰਵੋਲੂਸ਼ਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਯੋਰਪੀਆਨ ਮੋਨੋਆਰਕਾ ਦਾ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦੀ 1947 ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਇਕ ਦਿਖਾਵਾ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਭਰਮੇ, ਭੁੱਲੇ ਹਨ, ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਨਹੀਂ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇਕ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਥੋਖੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਦੋ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ( ਹਿੰਦੋਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ) ਦਰਿਮਿਆਨ ਵੰਡ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਫਿਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਥੋਖੇ ਨਾਲ ਤਿੰਨ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਗਏ ( ਚੜਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਿਮਾਚਲ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ) ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਣੇ ਲੀਡਰ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾ ਚੱਲ ਗਰੇ ਹਨ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ, ਮਾਨਸਿਕ, ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਣ ਵਜੋਂ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਗਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਾ ਰੈਵਲੂਛਨ ਲੇਕੇ ਅੋਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ । ਅੱਜ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਕੇ, ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ (ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ,ਹਿਮਾਚਲ,ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ) ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਵੇ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਛੁਰੁ ਕਰਣੀ ਅੱਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਪਾਰੀਮੈਟੇਰੀਆਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਕਾਬਜ਼ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਨੋ ਦਿਨ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਬਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰੀਮੈਟੇਰੀਆਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਸਾਡਾ ਘਰੇਲੂ/ਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਟਾਂਚਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਗੋਰੇਆ ਦਾ ਯੋਰਪੀਅਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾ ਵਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਵਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਾਤਮਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਅਸਲੀ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਰੱਖਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾੜ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੜਾ ਕੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਬਣੋਉਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫ਼ਤਿਹ

ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਰਧਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਰਧਾਨ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਡੋ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਰਿਆਧਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰੋ। ਮਸੰਦ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਰਧਾਨ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਾਤਮਾ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੰਨੇਗਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਸਤਕ ਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨੇਗਾ ਉਹ ਇੱਥੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਖਵਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਪੰਥ ਉੱਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮਸੰਦਾ ਦੀਆ ਪੀੜੀਆਂ ਕਾਬਜ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੋਹਦੇ ਕੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਧੇ ਫੁੱਲੇ, ਇਹ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਪੰਥ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਣਗੇ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਹਨਾ ਦਾ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ ਜੋ ਕੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਦਾ ਦਸਵੰਧ ਹੈ, ਲੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਖਾ ਜਾਣ। ਇਹ ਕੂੜ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ, ਇਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਮਸੰਦ ਭਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੋਂ ਉਲਟ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਾੜਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਵੰਧ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾੜਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਧੰਦਾ ਬਣੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਸੰਦਾ ਦੀ ਔਲਾਦ ਹਨ. ਇਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਮਸੰਦਾ ਦੀਆ ਪੀੜੀਆਂ ਦੀਆ ਜਿਣਸਾ ਹਨ ਜਿਨਾ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੋਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਹ ਅਸਲੀ ਆਕੀ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਪਾਲਤੁ ਕੁੱਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਲਖੀ/ਕਾਲੀ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨੇ 1984 ਦਾ ਹਮਲਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਜੰਸੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਛੈ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਸੀ । ਜਿਦਰ ਘੋੜੇ ਭਜੋਣੇ ਨੇ ਭਜਾ ਲਵੋ। ਬਿਨਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੰਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਾ। ਬਿਨਾ ਪੰਜ ਪੇਆਰੇ ਮਰਿਆਧਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੈ ਤਖਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰੇਆ ਦੀ ਝੰਡਾ ਬਰਦਾਰੀ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਰਾਜ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਮੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ, ਜਥੇਦਾਰਾਂ, ਭਰਧਾਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਪਾਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੀਤ ਮਾੜੇ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟੇਰੀਅਨ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਖਾ ਲੇਆਂ ਹੈ। ਮਸੰਦ ਸ਼ੋਣੀ ਸ਼ੋਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ਾ ਨੇ 36 ਮਸੱਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਬਣਾਈ ਸੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਸਾਕਤੀ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾੜਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੰਸਵੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾੜਦਾ ਹੈ। 1925 to ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਫਰੋਲ ਕੇ ਦੇਖ ਲਵੋ ਇਸ ਮਸੰਦ ਸ਼ੋਣੀ ਦੇ ਥਾਪੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਰਧਾਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਫਾਫੇਬਾਜ ਜਥੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਫਾੜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਢਾਹ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਭਰਧਾਨਾ ਨੇ ਮਨਮੁਖ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਠੂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲੱਗ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ। ਇਹ ਕਾਣੇ ਮਸੰਦ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਕਲੋਨੀਅਲ ਮੋਨੋਆਰਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨੀ ਬਾਮਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲੱਗ ਕੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕੇ ਨਹੀ ਚੋਹਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਵਦੇ ਫੁੱਲੇ। ਇਹ ਕੂੜੇਆਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੋਂ ਉਲਟ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਪੰਜ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਰਿਆਧਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਝੰਢਾ ਬਰਦਾਰੀ ਪੰਜ ਪਿਆਰੇਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਕੇ ਗਏ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਰਿਆਧਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੋ ਜੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਵਢੇਆਈ ਲੈਣੀ ਹੈ । ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਧੰਧਾ ਬਣੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੁਣ ਲੈਣ ਕੇ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹ ਕਾਲਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਕੁਲ੍ਹਾ ਦਾ। www.5p5p.org ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫ਼ਤਿਹ ॥

In Indian military what we should adopt for Sikh soldiers. They are mercilessly sacrificed and trampled by prejudice military officers. 3. The Indian constitution should be challenged collectively, with the lead of Prof. Puran Singh ‘s letter written to Sir John Simon, on 21 Oct, 1928. It’s lead as an unchallenged genius will give you success without any doubt. It should be read more and more in suitable languages with impressive translations. 4. What should be our direction collectively about votes of any type, should we participate as candidates or independently support only honest people in any party. 5. When any political, leader, officer or judge is partial with any minority not only for Sikhs, write about his partiality of any type openly in global universities and spread it more and more in all areas of global aspects, as social, political and religious fields. 5. Which types of leaders should be selected to give directions to our nation. Selection should be with unselfish kindness. 6. To provide knowledge more and more to our Sikh youth, so that they may be placid, farsighted and deeply impressive in their participations of any type. Vulgar and egotistic talk and expression should be avoided with hard discipline and control. So that their Sikh like grace may be effective and reflective upon any types of people of any place. 7. Work unitedly in one voice to make independent our great, noble and historical Sikhs, who are holden in Indian jails of any type. Work all under guidance of our selected Jathedar Bhai Jagtar Singh Ji, selected by Sarbat Khalsa. Reject collectively Spurious Jathedar Harpreet Singh wholly including Golak Choar Badals, his Akalidal and Sharomani Committee with higher discipline and command. 8. Any type of injustice done with any minorities, all Sikhs should shelter them collective support, and the many of any designation who adopts such calamities, should be brought in global areas at required places, with the support of as many as we can. Any type of partiality done with any minorities should be made naked in the whole world at subtle and intellectual areas.
