Shot on 18 December 2023, United Airlines flight 499.
Back in December, to get back home to celebrate Christmas with family and friends, I chose to connect through Houston in order to check this rare plane off my list. Luckily, I was able to fly up front in the Polaris seats which, no matter how long the flight, is always a treat.
This flight was one of the best I've ever had with United. Of course the seat was very comfortable, but the catering was also quite good. Even though it was the United First level of catering, the food still was still very tasty and was portioned just right for a 2.5 hour flight. Additionally, the flight crew was pleasant, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire flight which positively impacted my over all experience. To top it all off, the flight was very smooth as we hit virtually no turbulence all the way to Dulles. With all those factors combined, I'll remember this one for a while!
Luckily for me, the weather in Houston was perfect which provided for some amazing views as we blasted out of IAH. As you watch see how long you can follow the shadow of our plane for! I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed this flight! And thank you as always for watching!
