This was great! As working with the UN and have attended a lot of interviews, I suggest to answer all the questions in relating with your experiences. Like you should not reply; I will do bla bla in that situation, but I have done this thing in this approach in my last job or have been doing this in my current job. Try to answer everything by explaining a situation from career experiences.

I really really would like to thank you so much, I've been attending lots of interviews lately and believe me I've gained my confident and answers to the questions from you and every time I have an interview I always come to your channel, VERY VERY HELPFUL! Much appreciated. Next Thursday I have an interview with the UNHCR for an Admin Assistant role so of course here I am again, and there is this question I've frequently been asked but didn't and still don't know how to answer. The question follows why did I leave my last job? Now I have an answer for that thanks to you but i've left my job a year ago without finding another one and I've been unemployed since and they ask me (why did you leave without finding a job first?) how should I answer that! To be honest I left because it was a toxic and they have done me wrong a lot and I couldn't take it anymore but of course I know I can't speak badly of my previous employer, what should I do?
