This building is called the Prado ????? Art and this elevator was installed in 1998 and Traction151 filmed this elevator.

Perhaps that red light is some type of motion detector or security device of some sort. It doesn't look like it'd be a camera though.

Any idea wha the red light on the ceiling was above the COP? It looked to be turned off in the last part of the video.
