Naruto (before his new form in Boruto) was able to destroy a moon without using 3 headed Kurama Avatar. So we can assume that Sasuke can do that in the Perfect Susanoo since Naruto and Sasuke are pretty much equal here. So this means that without the Six Paths Susanoo and just his Perfect Susanoo, he can destroy a moon, and is much stronger when he's at his prime in the Six Paths Susanoo. Now All Might. All For One destroyed a ward without using his Ultimate Combination, and since All Might beat All For One with his Ultimate Combination, in his weakened state, it's clear to see that All Might can destroy a ward easily using United States of Smash and can probably actually destroy 2-3 wards. It was stated that All Might in his prime can beat the Nomu in 5 hits and it took 300 in his current stage and since 300/5=60, All Might was 60x stronger than he is here. Now using this, we can say that All Might can destroy, with United States of Smash, at his prime, 120-150 wards. To use what I think is All Might's strongest, lets use 150 wards. There are a total of 23 wards in Tokyo so 150/23 can calculate how many times All Might can destroy Tokyo. 150/23=6.52173913043. Tokyo is 2,194 km² so to calculate the area of damage All Might can cause in Japan we do 2194×6.52173913043=14308.6956522. Also, he can create tornadoes which means he can destroy more than 185738799/5000000000 of Japan, meaning he can destroy multiple cities but not a country, which is much, much smaller than what Sasuke could do, I'm honestly not sure how people are comparing Sasuke to All Might. Correct any mistakes I may have made.
