Potential buyers need to be careful buying off grid properties . If in the future you want to upgrade with power, well and septic it may not be possible due to “regulations”. Do your homework

@@petercarson7277 My Opinion is based on the fact that just 14 miles from that place i have bought 2.8 acres next to the river and have also built a Cabin with a Antique Fireplace wood burner , I have also gravelled the entry road for easy access.. Cost so far has been $32,000 dollars. I dont need a appraisal license to know when something is way overpriced,

I’ll wait for the crash… 3 years ago you could buy a 3 bedroom house,& barn… on 10 acres of land for $20,000 less than this !! P.S. people aren’t happy that law abiding citizens are being punished in Maine… because your mental health professionals, law enforcement…& the military failed to do their jobs…It’s like if you drove drunk…& then the state pulled your neighbor’s license…& everyone else in your state…2 acres of land are worth about $10,000 … max,& the cabin might be worth $30,000… do the math !!
