What I like about Ruben (& this is all my opinion obviously) but... he seems like he has a mix of great characteristics from a different number of managers. Communication, Articulation, Man management, Optimism, Realism & Honesty, Charisma, Mindset, Self Believe (with a little bit of arrogance to it), Commands Respect, Eye for youth, Good coaching & Tactician, & Presence.

@@atifhussain1214 The fact that we do have talented players but we don't have a team that has an identity a style play or an ability when it gets difficult to dig in and fight. Talent is a good thing but with this team it's not channelled in the right direction. There's many gaps in our team that should be fixed and we are far away from being the finished article.
