Also, we overstate their importance. The class of 92 was special because it's uncommon to promote that many players AND find huge success. Every time someone says Man United is known for promoting youth my eyes roll to the back of my head. The transition from amateur to pro is a huge step much less an elite pro. You'll never consistently be able to produce that many players from your own academy at an elite level. Ronaldo, Rooney, Berbatov, Tevez, Keane, Vidic, Ferdinand, Schmeichel, Van der Sar... None of these guys came from our academy. SAF offloaded LOTS of academy players that didn't make the cut. You're absolutely right.. Everyone that comes through isn't going to be a starter if they stay on the team at all.

But the reality is we have a combination of mediocre players, players past their prime, and players who have terrible attitudes and approaches to the game. And most of them are on bad contracts. Amorim comes in and we say “all the players are on notice” THEN when the evidence points to players like Bruno people revert back to player fc…we just gotta be honest about everyone no matter how you feel about them. If you rewatch the event with the corner, Dalot is standing next to Hoilund at the front post doing nothing, we had wolves boys allready covered at the front. He should be sitting at the back post where the more yellow shirts are. Onana does get blocked off from behind him and infront of him so he doesnt take all the blame, for me Dalot has to take equal responsability. That was easy to defend on the back post as they commited so many on Onana.

When relationships gets sour between fans and players, the club is at fault for it cause they either bought players that ain't good enough, don't sell players when they are supposed to sell or can't sell cause the player doesn't want to go( e.g pogba, maguire). Basically we don't have a proper structure as a club, as much as we critique players or don't like certain players, the club should be held RESPONSIBLE on all account. I know there's a new structure now but it's not yet established. I'm talking about before ineos and even they are still on fraud watch. Shaw,Mount, Maguire, Lindelof, Casemiro, Rashford all need to go 6 players the probably more need replacing. Otherwise what is the use? Another 3 to 4 hundred to be spent. Left back winger, CDM, CB and creative midfielder these are the areas desperately needing improvement. Striker also is needed. 6 or 7 new players needed. If ineos and the Glazers cannot afford it SELL the club because fans will not spend £66 to watch that garbage.

Maybe stop overrating every United player when you're trying to sell?? Like Rashford being terrible for last 3-4 years but whenever his sale comes up for discussion, "he's worth at least 100M pounds". Like wtf? You guys weren't even willing to pay more than 80M Euro for De Jong, but a completely out of form, no effort giving Rashford is 100M pounds? Or Bruno, "oh he's captain and one of the best midfielders in the world, easy 80M pounds minimum". Like if you guys were realistic about prices, Rashford could have been sold for 60M 2 years ago, Bruno could have been let go to a desperate club for 50Ms. The squad could have been revitalized. Or even someone like Maguire. Just sell him for 25-30M a year ago. Instead you hold out for 40M+ for him just because you overpaid for him. Now he's worthless.
