Working on Android. But not initially... The solution I found was in the Project Settings. Project Settings > Quality > Untick everything except 'Very High' Shadows > Shadow Resolution > Check 'Very High' Close Fit For me Shadow distance 300 Image plane was scaled to 55 THANKS

I have tested in Sansumg S7: The above with these changes Untick everything except 'Ultra' Shadow Distance 10000 Image plane is scale 1

Hello, If I would like to show car's headlight in Vuforia AR mode, how can I modify your shader? In my tutorial, I can show the spot light when I put a plane below a car. But I don't want to see it in AR mode. Pls help me! Thank you so much

Hello, good video, I have a problem, I am developing an AR app with Vuforia that consists of a 3D model to learn human anatomy, with the touch I can rotate, scale, move and select each part of the body and it shows me a label, I also have buttons; ** that when the 3D model is in the same direction as a Canvas button, pressing it also selects the 3D Model ** How can I make sure that the Model is not selected when I press a button?

Hello. I followed the tutorial and everything works in the editor preview. However, when I export it to my phone, all of the areas where the shadow should be are rendering transparent to the home screen of the phone, essentially "bleeding" through the app. I've been trying to figure it out for days now, but I don't even know what's causing it. Do you have any ideas of the cause or solution?

SnapxTV, unfortunately not. I played around with some other ideas, but no solution. I even posted in the Vuforia/Unity forums, but still no replies. Are you having the same problem? I'll update you if I figure something out

Yes i m facing the same issue, but only on android tho. It works great on both iOS and within unity using a webcam Android 7 here

Yeah, I have it on 2 of my 3 Samsung phones and that's where the problem is. I kinda think it has something to do with OpenGL. Only a few Android devices support it

Hi,i did this thing,Shadow is working on my web cam perfectly but i make APK android file shadow is not working properly.It work if camera is near to the ar model then shadow is showing if i move camera from AR model shadow will disappear ...Any Idea why happen like that ?

This is likely due to shadow distance, this is set based on build so in ur pc it could be different to ur android build. Go to project setting -> quality then choose the android logo, then change the distance to something higher

it's literally replace it, open it up delete ALL, put the new one and you're done

You should create at first a "Standard surface shader" and the apply the scrip inside its. Then create a new material and apply to the plane. Initially i tried to paste the scrip into the material and not inside the standard surface shader and that was my error.
