How do you secure this to the dashboard? It can't be screwed in with that massive screen covering the radio slot, is there a bracket with some sort of sliders or similar? Or is it just slide in and good luck? 🤔🤔 I got a car and found this radio sitting on the floor, evidently whoever got this thing could not have it installed, and the car's factory stereo is nowhere to be found, now I'm stuck without any music.

Lol, Same here. I have not installed it yet, but was doing a dry fit when I opened up the box just to see how much of the vents it's going to cover up and started to think about the install side of things. I can pull the side panels around my center console so I think I should be okay when installing. but most cars don't really have this option. Maybe something to think about before buying. Good luck, I'll post a video when I get to that point.

@@angelpintor3316 I have a 2001 Chevy Tahoe and I have everything wired and ready to go but once I turn the key in the ignition the screen comes on and I can scroll through everything even connected Bluetooth to my phone but it has no sound. I was trying to see of there was a way to test it but I've tried turning it all the way up just not sure if there is a setting that needs to be changed or something maybe you can help me out. I'm new to this whole car audio installation but couldn't pass up the deal on this screen. Purchased off of Geek App for right at 100 with shipping and it came from Kentucky so received it in less than 4 days.

Don't know if you still use yours today as I seen vid was posted 2 years ago. Ive used the exact same for about a year and a half. Over time my volume knob no longer works and it has many other isssues I would not recommend as I find it to be junkie

Not sure, check the wiring. Make sure the GPS antenna isn't by something metal. If the apps dont start try installing something else that runs GPS. You may have gotten a bad one. Sucks..

@@kevinduprey9326 you can use it like that. You just have to download the maps before hand. Google maps let's you down load a city map so you don't always have to use the wifi. If you know what city you're going to be in do it this way.

Did you ever hook up separate video inputs to the 2 supplied with the unit? I have the same head unit but can't get the 2 separate video inputs to work. the factory-supplied app (Avin) doesn't control them and I want to display the sources on the main screen.

Clock when car is turned off and then radio restarted to ON, time is always different from my watch, like it is using Time Region although I've always set up to My time. 3. You tube was already installed, it has the Google play store so you should be able to install apps. The wifi was hooked up to my house wifi. You are going to need to add its own sim card or hook up to your phones hot stop if you want wifi while the car is on the road. Good luck!

Maybe they forgot to put one on my stereo because there is a setting on the radio for subwoofer and my stereo didn’t have the green wire or green RCA for the subwoofer
