Reconguista in G another which is a late U.C. story, but calendar gets reset and is known as the Reguild Century. The story mirrors Turn A's Correct Century for the Universal Century timeline. Twilight Axis I believe is missing, and Crossbone Gundam Love and Piece.

Interesting! Isn’t Gundam 0080 take place in late 0079? The events of the OVA took place in the late OYW with a mentioning of the ALEX being made for someone on the White Base.

Doesn't Reconguista in G take place in the late UC? They have OYW suits in a museum, and they have Minovsky Particles and all that stuff

You forgot to mention during the 0079 OVA series Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team in 1996 and 2022 movie Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island which the film is set in the One Year War, when Amuro Ray was ordered alongside the White Base crew to search for Zeon stragglers on a remote island. For me I probably have to skip MSG: ZZ and go straight into Char's Counterattack movie because I heard it wasn't all that good and Char and Amuro are not in the series. Plus the whole thing is not dubbed😂 lol.

That is a good question. Part of me thinks UC would only get movies, but then Requiem for Vengeance is 6 episodes, so I think we could potentially get a proper F91 or Crossbone series, even if it's an OVA.

Trying to watch all the OYW stuff in chronological order is a mess. It's possible to do it, but the timeline on reddit someone posted is crap. The origin anime is non cannon. Thunderbolt is also non cannon. MS igloo is cannon, but it's so bad it isn't worth watching, and the original series episode Cucuruz Doan’s Island is so bad tomino himself requested that it be removed from the English home video releases. The reddit timeline includes all the stuff I just mentioned. The other thing that the timeline on reddit messed up on is not including the opening scene from 0083 because it takes place during the original series. I'll draw up my own timeline and post it somewhere, so anyone interested in watching the OYW stuff chronologically doesn't have to fight with that heavily wrong reddit timeline someone posted 5 years old. SMH.

Yikes! A bunch of hot takes, but I get it's your opinion. But, everything animation is the same continuity, even if there are discrepancies - this is officially from Sunrise. I wouldn't go by reddit.

The comics but apparently the company considers everything animated as canon, So likely if contradictions to the other series happens they treat parts of Thunderbolt and Origin as Semi canon, as in its mostly true but anything that conflicts with established canon isn't.
