Fields look like they’ve been cultivated and planted with a crop. The rolling is often the last process after planting and this is to done to retain some moisture and with some slight compaction reduces the risks of birds eating the seeds.

@@ProjectUniversalUKI’d hope so, the Wixams station is supposed to start construction in the coming weeks and Universal announcing too late would mean the council would have to demolish some of their work to make the station bigger.

The track by the lake parallel to Manor Rd looks like they have been busy filling in pot holes and leveling it !. The "big" houses have had discussions with Universal

I’ve noticed the over the last couple of weeks or so the 2-3 houses at the end of Manor Road have been emptied and large concrete blocks placed around the perimeter. My wife informed me this evening the Universal has bought the land and trying to also purchase the very large houses back towards the A421. I live in wootton and what with the already ridiculous expansion over the last few years, this will be the final straw for me !!

Those fields have been ploughed and tilled. It's in the correct season for it as well. That is very strange. That is the complete opposite thing you would do if you were going to start building on there. This could be a bad sign surely? What are you thinking?

Winter crop. They will spend a half year or so just getting the contractor village up and running, access to that field sorted and so on I would have thought.

I grew up on a wheat farm in the midwestern USA, so take that into consideration, but it appears to me that it might have been planted. They might have gotten stuck in some mud in the middle.

Don't worry I get confused myself sometimes. Yes Universal Studios theme park is proposed to be build in the UK. They are currently looking at the situation to see if it's viable. So far it's looking very promising.

For god sake this is not going ahead. Universal is a franchise and wants to make money and with the amount of delays they will look els where. Universal should be honest if they are going ahead with this project and stop keeping us in limbo.
