I think it will all depends on what appears in the budget, politically speaking I'm pretty sure Reeves would love to be able to announce a full funding package of transport improvements and some tax credits for both Universal and Puy du Fou parks both would crowd at least some of the negative publicity of her other policies.

Ha! Yes, well the A421 flood is so close to the theme park site that it would be an issue if it happened while the park was open hence me covering it. Wait until the diggers turn up, that's all we will see for the next few years, diggers and concrete laying.

It's not a council responsibility , it's National Highways responsibility

@@ProjectUniversalUK think your find every council has a highways department, that is also funny enough responsible for the highways in its area. When any type of building work or highways are built in a council area, the council is responsible for it being built correctly and to regulations. So yes the council is responsible, for the road being built correctly. The road clearly has not been built correctly with the correct flood defence system in place, as the flood defence system got flooded so couldn’t function as it was designed to do. National highways would have only advised on the building of the road, they would have advised the councils highways department and the developers. As it is national highways job is to deal with operating, maintaining and improving motorways and major A roads and the safety of them roads.

No, no license if you are flying a drone of less than 249g. Over this and you'll face certain restrictions or need certification. I've done these but if you stick to sub 249gram drones you are very free to fly as long as you do so in a sensible manner.

It's too far away for me, I live on the doorstep here for the Universal Studios site and this flood just fell into my lap. There are probably others covering it.

It's odd why they did it like that, I guess it was cheapest.

I use a DJI Mic but you could also just record onto your phone or something then sync the audio and video up in post production.

No, you record the audio on the mic as a seperate device, (mic has a built in memory) you then take your drone footage files and your mic file and drop them into your edidting program on a laptop/computer and sync the two files together.
