Jessica has those 11 lines which are basically abs but on women’s bodies since a woman would have to have an extremely low fat % (to get a 6 pack) which is unhealthy and unsustainable, only female body builders get to that point. You can still tell she was very fit and probably worked hard to maintain that toned physique. That is impressive
