@S24RYF Most of the shit in this movie isn't correct. From Eazy E going broke after Nwa, Dre being some sorta hood superhero, Eazy getting jumped by suge, Tupac making all eyez on me while dre was in death row and them being cool, and etc. Talk to some people that were a witness to it and also takes some notes from the person the films about if available and go from there.
@LilKiwi22404 ай бұрын
In my eyes, this movie is meant to be taken more as a quick generalization or at least maybe more of a representation of what these people went through Dre realizing Death Row was probably more of a process then a quick thing, but its hard to fit that in a movie that has so many perspectives, so its easier to just generalize it in a quick scene or 2. I have no clue why they decided to do Eazy getting roughed up though. That was and never is going to be remotely true

Unfortunately, the scene where Dre sees 2pac recording Hail Mary is actually fake, because When he recorded Makaveli, Dre wasn't in Death Row and further more 2pac was dissing Dre on some songs, some unreleased and one of them actually making it on the album, Against All Odds, 2pac did have beef with Dre during that time.
@JoshuaKerwood5 ай бұрын
This whole movie was clearly Dr .Dre and Ice cube vision. This dude killed playing pac better than anyone has in the unsolved Netflix series and in this they didn’t seem to even try and get him to do PAC’s voice at all, let alone his simple mannerism in the studio. PAC called Dre gay on multiple songs and he eventually dissed ice cube saying he stole his style and cube in later years said he felt his diss record is better than PAC’s “hit em up”. So with all that and the fact multiple people came out and said Eazy E showed no signs of sickness and still had a mansion and just actually discovered Bone Thugs in his final years of living yet they make him sick and broke at the end of the movie shows them two just had their egos in the way. And it’s crazy because ice cube became more known for his movies, Eazy E is still the face of N.W.A. just ruined something good.

To be honest, I noticed the film is a little strange in terms of the believability of the events described in it. For example, in the film they showed us the Ice cube's diss "no vaseline", but I didn't notice eazy-e's diss on dre and snoop dogg. After all, his album "It's on" is multi-platinum and the most popular in the work of eazy-e.

Many facts described in the movie aren't exactly how it was in reality, but this happens with every biopic movie, look for example at "Dragon - The Bruce Lee story", they took a lot of reality but invented as much fantasy stories as well, all to make the movie more dramatic, and besides sometimes reality isn't that awesome to show for the way it really is. Anyway, in the case of NWA, it would take a whole series to really describe what their story was (and part of me dreams about a NWA series, starting from the World Class Wreckin' Cru all the way to Aftermath and Eminem).

The whole scene is all over the place. 2Pac wasn’t even on good terms with Dre when he recorded Hail Mary, but in the same scene Dre’s showing him the beat for California Love, which was released a year earlier. So Dre basically made a scene that covered like 4 different years in one.
