Not really cause depending on what theory of the Big Bang you choose if it were all from an initial singularity that collapsed then at the beginning there was everything but in the same place. Then big bang and everything got spit out and everything expanded with gravity doing its thing. That’s the oversimplified version of course but you get the gist. By that definition either our universe was a black hole or could be a black hole just having burst and expanding infinitely

Perhaps before suggesting people support their hypothesis by established theories you should bother to look up what a singularity is before saying some 12 year old kid’s nonsense. No worries that’s why I’m here. A singularity is a point in space with infinite density. Basically density is your mass over surface area the more mass in a small surface area the denser the object. So basically if I took the earth’s mass and somehow compressed it into a marble then that would create a singularity and a black hole. Not all of then are the same size but basically there is a point where density is so great that it breaks physics, that point is a singularity. Now from that you can deduce that the singularity at the origine of the Big Bang could be a black hole because so far there are the only singularities we’ve « observed » but who’s to say singularities can be caused some way else, it’s called z null hypothesis you can research that but it’s more applicable to stat and biostat you might get confused in the process. Does that fill in your gaps or do you have more questions I can try answer for you.

For example, if reality was a simulation, then the single cell you are talking about would simply be programmed in and no "accident" would be needed. Also, calling that event an "accident" as if it was the only way to describe the event is silly. What if the properties of the universe guarantee life to evolve? Then it's not an accident and is just an expected/guaranteed result. The thing is, we can NEVER know, and saying that one option or another is "impossible" or "too complex" is being biased.

So there are possibilities that a whole universe might just appears and then tried to disappear but can't cause it is too big to get annihilate. I explained it in nutshell, the real concept has many mathematical and actual practical proofs such as cosmic microwave background radiation. I can understand that people find it hard to believe but when you actually go and study the basics and then see the proofs then things will make sense to you.
