Camping at -7C/19F In Front Of Winter Sea | Crazy Koreans Surfing and Camping In Cold Winter!

Winter has begun in earnest. Fortunately, I bought all the equipment so there were no major problems. I went camping in front of the winter sea in Pohang, and the perceived temperature dropped to -7. Afterwards, I visited Pohang Jukdo Market, ate Gwamegi, and saw POSCO.

Thank you for sharing the adventure. One day while backpacking the mountains in Central Pennsylvania, my body and foam pad melted through the snow, pulling my simple A frame tent into the melt hole. The collapsed tent was covered with breath frost on the inside but I was warm. I crawled out and climbed to the top of the ridge to watch the Sun rise. On the way, I could see beautiful large breath crystals built up at the burrow hole entrances of tiny animals. I then watched a very pink and frosty Sun rise and watched a mountain shadow move across the farmland in the valley below. On the way back to the tent, the burrow crystals had disappeared. Then it was oatmeal and hot chocolate and I was on my way again. Since then I learned to buy Army Surplus Arctic rated clothing. The Army does not mess around when it comes to Arctic survival.

When cold… layering helps…. Also… hot water in water bottle in sleeping bag helps.. at least for several hours

A simple tip: Merino wool clothing allows you to stay comfortable while cycling because it absorbs sweat and keeps you warm. It is expensive but it will save you from many health and comfort problems.
