Im really proud of you Fi! Youre handling things very well. Anxiety can be tough. I know how you feel. Taking breaks help. Take time for ourselves and be kind to ourselves. Talking to someone and try to get our minds off everything, I try to distract myself and take time for myself.

Hi Fi🌻Thankyou for the very informative video. I'm sure it will help alot of people struggling with decisions about University and prioritising their health. You've done incredibly well considering all the adjustments you've had to make. Especially as Autism and Ed's don't allow for much compromise around routine. I know you still struggle, but I just wanted to let you know that you are doing amazingly well. So very happy for you Fi 💖😊

What wonderful advice. It's so good to see you enjoying Uni and at the same time keeping yourself well and so supported. You are testimony to the strength, determination and hard work that was/is needed for recovery. You should be proud. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you're amazing ! Xx

Great video. Applying a lot of this right now in regards to taking time off work (I work as a hospice nurse and negated my own health to put my patients first). Which put me back into a relapse. Realizing I have to put myself first in order to really be a benefit for my patients. The job will always be there. But if I don’t prioritize my health now, there won’t be a “me” to go back to the job.

Didnt know i needed this video! Ive been out of school for four years now 2 years because of my ed... but things have been slowly getting better so im thinking about studying again but im so extremely nervous. What if im not capable like everyone else? You talking about accepting help and that it is possible even though its hard gives me hope. Why wouldnt i be able to study again if you can also do it?❤️🫶
