Hey scholarship students do not need block accounts but if you are a fee paying student I think you will need about 6,000 Euros

Hey I would say you shouldn’t worry about making friends because you will make a lot of them when you come to Debrecen, because there are a lot of Indians here and if you are the outgoing type you will make friends. I was also the only Nigerian in my set and I have lots of Nigerian friends here, I will say almost all my friends are Nigerians. So do not worry about making friends. And congratulations 💕
